Preheat oven to 375° F.
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter . Add raisins & seeds
Stir with fork adding milk till blended. Add flour until it cleans the bowl
Kneed over floured board until smooth & not sticky
Divide into two loafs
Cut the top of the bread with a cross (other wise it won't get done)
Bake till golden brown 50-55 minutes
